Keren has a demonstrable track record of success in recruiting high calibre permanent staff at various levels ranging from office support to Managerial.
Prior to Recruitment, Keren worked as a physiotherapist within the private and public sectors for 3 years, and then gained 4 years worth of significant recruitment and Human Resources experience as a rehabilitation officer at the Transport Accident Commission, specifically within the vocational ("return to work") department. These experiences have helped her understand the urgency and importance of locating the right people with the right skill set for each role.
Keren’s strength lies in her ability to understand the requirements of each role, and working towards an effective outcome. Her interpersonal skills are exceptional, making certain that both clients and candidates are kept updated on the status of the role, which ensures a smooth and transparent recruitment process.
